Same Day Sick Appointments!

Dr. Eva Klima –Taking care of families since 1992, now brings
Comfort, Communication & Compassion back to Carrollton
The newly opened Family Health Center takes same day appointments, running with efficiency by a well polished staff. Upon calling for your appointment, patients will be asked several questions so the scheduling will allow for the dedicated amount of time for each patient. Dr. Klima recognizes an important issue. “It just doesn’t make sense to wait a week to see a doctor because your child has a sore throat, upper respiratory infection, earache, or rash.”
Comfort
“My goal was to build a calmer, less hectic practice. I’ve been practicing family medicine
for 14 years and was compelled to create an environment similar to that of your home,“ explained Dr. Klima. But don’t settle back to read that magazine. Patients generally don’t have to wait to see the doctor.

Communication
To be a good doctor, in addition to teaching her patients she recognizes good listening skills are a top priority. Communicating with her patients, acquiring an understanding for their medical concerns enables her to be a better doctor. “The more a patient communicates the problem, the more they are able to help me take care of them,” she explained.

Compassion
Dr. Klima recognizes that a capable family doctor has significant qualities of empathy and compassion. “Just by having those two qualities, I think that patients feel more bonded and trusting with their physician.” This applies to all patients, sometimes more specifically with adolescents. Speaking to them on their own level is something Dr. Klima values as an essential component of medical care.
